American Idol - it's back...

The new season for American Idol starts Tuesday, January 13, 2009. I am so excited to have something to watch on TV. I admit it, I am hooked on Idol. It is so fun to watch and then compare notes with friends and family. So set your T-VO now, don't wanna miss it!!!

Snow Graffiti

Meg and her kids came up for the weekend. On Saturday, we filled some spray bottles with colored water and did some snow graffiti. It was a lot of fun. Most of the snow at our house had melted, so we shared our graffiti across the street. We ended the afternoon with some hot chocolate and a fire. The kids love the snow!

Apron Strings

Thanks to my daughter-in-law, Kamill, I have now become an apron producer. I have made seven aprons, with the last three for my two daughters and my daughter-in-law. I have really enjoyed sewing these aprons and the fruits of my labor made cute Christmas gifts for the girls.
