It's funny how something can be so simple and delightful and regal all at the same time. It's pears.... they are so yummy just picked from a tree. There is something regal about a pear. Probably from a partridge in a pear tree or something. Nevertheless, they are one of my most favorite simple fruits. I love the smell, the taste, the grainy texture against your tongue. Simplicity at it's best.

I love pears too. But...last night I picked fresh peaches from Terrells tree...and they are delightful :)
